“We’ve been using Fawcett’s malts exclusively for almost two decades to give our Brooklyn whiskey consistency and flavor, as well as some old world credibility. When I was starting out as a hobby distiller, one of our local brewery supply shops carried Fawcett’s Golden Promise malt.
