Extra Pale Ale Malt
A well-modified, low colour base malt made from modern UK two-row malting barley varieties. Similar to Spring Pale Ale Malt, but kilned at lower temperatures to give a low colour malt with good extract potential and diastatic power.
Ideal for brewing light coloured beers and golden ales, especially if using a high percentage of un-malted cereal adjuncts in the brew.
