Roast Barley

Made from unmalted barley and roasted to a dark finish. Delivers strong roast and dry bitterness, essential in classic stouts and Irish-style beers.

Produced from stored, dry, malting barley and roasted to the same degree as Black Malt. Very dark colour with a strong roast character. Beers brewed with Roast Barley tend to have a more pronounced dry/bitter finish than the same beer brewed with Black Malt.
