Whether for whisky, gin, or innovative craft spirits, our distilling malts deliver the foundation for remarkable flavour and smooth, refined results.
The barleys are carefully chosen with low nitrogen content, and the malts are well modified with longer germination times and lower kilning temperatures. The net result is a malt with high extract, with very good fermentability and spirit yield ; perfect for pot still distilling.
